Reporting Back to City Employees

On Friday, we joined Michael Montoya for a Town Hall to report back to City Employees on what we heard from them.

A common complaint about engagement is that people share… but then they never hear back what happens to their feedback. And of course, City employees were particularly interested to know what their colleagues had to say. So it was important to us to share our results.

We went through our results deck in detail, then took questions.
